[Scons-users] Installable 3.0.0 snapshot?

Hi Russel,
I think theres a snapshot on testpypi, although I dont think it has the
recent changes of py2 / py3 pickle compatibilty rolled in. I think Bill is
in the process of doing a 3.0 release at the moment based on the mails on
the dev mailing list

The SCons download section has 2.5.1 but that is too out of date for what I
need to use on a Travis-CI build. Travis-CI is still using Ubuntu Trusty and
so is so out of date nothing on it is actually useful.
