No. Actually the bug procedure (as it stands), is to wait from someone
(hopefully a core dev) to confirm that it is a new bug, and not user error
or a duplicate of an existing bug.
So is your install via:
python (from your virtualenv) setup.py install?
Have you tried a pip install?
