[Scons-users] Intermiddent build error on Windows - cl : Command line error D8022 : cannot open 'c:\users\admini~1\appdata\local\temp\tmpekylod.lnk'

Hi William

Based on the error I thought it might be something like that. But I'm using
Python 2.7.5 which does support the print 'my text' style.

AFAIK it only moved to print('my text') in Python 3.
