Yeah, I haven't actively used it for a while now, so there's no pressure from my end
to extend it (and development on AsciiDoc itself has stagnated, so there's no
pressure coming from it either). If you (or anybody else) feels like adding
AsciiDoctor support, though, I *think* that to do so should be straightforward (AKA
"patches welcome" :-) ). (Or write a new tool if that makes more sense.)
