[Scons-users] Multi-page HTML user guide for 2.3.1 is missing.

Thanks for pointing it out and for reporting it here. I'll see what I can
do.
May take a couple days to get to it.
I'd suggest you use the 2.3.0 or 2.3.2 multi-page user guide if you need it
now.
I don't think there were any updates to the users guide in that range of
versions.
