[Scons-users] bypass string interpolation (quoting)

I need an environment containing
RPATH=[MKLPATH])

where MKLPATH = '$ORIGIN/...'

currently scons chokes on this, because it tries to expand (interpolate) the 
$ORIGIN.  I can't figure out how to quote this to bypass the expansion.
