[Scons-users] Manual missing sections?

I'm working with Scons 2.3.4 and noticed there seems to be some parts of
the (user) manual missing? i.e. "See the section "Action Objects," below" -
but a search of the PDF doesn't find the string "Action Objects" anywhere
(other than the points that attempt to reference the section)

I downloaded the manual for 2.5.0, but the same problem exists.

Is this an incorrect reference i.e .wording or is the "section" missing?
