[Scons-users] Recipe for creating small files?

Daniel,

I think you are just asking for a Builder/Pseudo-Builder recipe? It seems
like you just need a builder that takes a source and produces a file if the
source is not up-to-date. If I am misunderstanding, then explain your case
more clearly.
