[Scons-users] Install(...) usage question

Adam,

Just like every other builder in SCons, Install will only do so when the
file has changed.
If you use --debug=explain, it will even tell you why it is run.

(Of course if you use
AlwaysBuild(target, ...) , env.AlwaysBuild(target, ...)

Then it will always Install the target)
