[Scons-users] SCons and TravisCI

[Russel Winder]

I think I am just having a mental aberration…

I need to specify which C++ compiler to use for a SCons build different
on TravisCI than for local usage. This should be just a question of
setting an environment variable, but it isn't unless the SCons script
is prewritten to know what it must do in all case.

This seems wrong somehow…
