[Scons-users] Wiki File Upload

Adarsh,

The Bitbucket wiki is HG backed so I wouldn't upload binary files at all,
but Bitbucket has a Downloads section where items can be added, but I think
only admin have permissions.

I would upload it there and update the link as desired. I'm not sure what
that tarball contains.
