[Scons-users] Picking up gfortran

I don't actually know (can't remember).  When we originally set up the 
Fortran part of our build (back in 2009), we named the paths and 
compilers explicitly because that was the only way we could get 
Win/Lin/OSX to build properly.  Since then we only update compiler 
versions and names, and leave the rest of the setup as-is, because it 
works.
