[Scons-users] AddOptions and Help not co-operating

Looks good.
I added a note on the pull request.
Can you add a couple tests to cover expected behavior?
We have a test requirement for patches.

Also, if you could write up some text to be added to users guide and
manpage I can help get that into the right format for addition.
