[Scons-users] AddOptions and Help not co-operating

William,

If the bugs' still open, then pretty sure it's not yet fixed.
If you can make a very small simple SConscript to demonstrate the problem,
that should help to move it along.
If so, please attach it to the bug.
(And of course even better is a pull request with a fix :)
