[Scons-users] scons 2.3.3 not in windows path even after reboot

Hi, I am trying to use the windows build and have installed python 2.7 
and found
that scons is not in my windows path as python is? Should this issue not 
be fixed
in the program as even after rebooting and going to the command prompt 
and typing
scons I get the message that scons is not found and I can find no 
information on
fixing this error?  Should this issue not be documented or a fix 
provided somewhere?
