[Scons-users] Ignore and Requires

Adding just Requires doesn't work. Then the final target is always re-linked.

I think the workaround of adding the object file to the linker flags is ugly as it requires knowledge of the internals of that specific builder. So a documented way of achieving this using the dependency primitives would be great!
