[Scons-users] question about SConstruct

When I do

scons -Y <path>

and the SConstruct file is found at <path>/SConstruct, it gets an entry in .scons.dblite, but if I specify it manually:

scons -Y <path> -f <path>/SConstruct

it doesn't get an entry.

And is it important?
