[Scons-users] Implicit cache error after running a successful build

Not that I know anything about this but could it be a platform problem? As in, where cygwin is auto capitalizing additions to a file name due to the file system begin case insensitive?

Not sure how to read it, but it seems that the tool doesn't find anything interesting.
The project itself doesn't use qt at all. But I have the tool loaded because fbuild keeps track of multiple projects not just biopp.
