I have upgraded to PyPy 2.0 and have now switched back to using it to
run SCons. It builds what I have tried so far with no problems. I'll
report in if there are any.

I'll see if I can run the SCons test suite with PyPy. I believe any
problems will be faults in the SCons test suite or faults in SCons.
