[Scons-users] Package on pypi

[Matías Iturburu]

I'm looking at scons' source and there is no setup.py.
How is this supposed to be packed?
I know scons detailed installation instructions, but those doesn't look
like any other package I've seen.
Is there some burden to package scons like a regular python package on pypi?
