Special Offers," button on the next page.  Only the tests you are
eligible for will show up (i.e., if you've already taken a test, it
won't show up as available, on either the standard price list or sale
price list).

All orders must be placed and paid for my midnight, December 31st,
2011, to receive the sale prices.  This promotion is not valid in
