[IGDA_indies] New tools

[C Ratchet]

I've created a Yahoo group so that the Indie SIG can have an event 
calendar and other features such as chat transcripts.

Please sign up at: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/indiesig/ if you 
are interested in receiving event notifications, polls, and chat 
transcripts from the Indie SIG.

We will probably have an Indie SIG chat on the topic of Independent 
Gaming Leagues soon (on a Thursday or Friday)
