[kj] Birds of a Feather Art Meaning

As many of us are revisiting the back catalog I put on the 12” version of Birds of a Feather.  I am curious if anyone knows the story behind the line art that is prominent on the front and back cover.  Knowing Killing Joke I doubt it is just a doodle.  I cannot (easily) find any reference.  Any insight is grateful.
