[kj] Re (KJ) Pylon Remaster & Pandemonium remaster

I'm also wondering about Pandemonium. Both CD versions that were out
already are similar to each other, and I don't know why it would need to be
changed.

The new version of Pylon is EQed more like KJ2003, less mid-bass boxiness
than the earlier CD, but even less dynamic range (DR7 to DR5).
