I challenge the paper to provide a publication receipt. 125,000 PRINTED copies. The NYT is somewhere around 500k and that is down considerably year to year.
I’m all for exaggerating numbers to look better within reason. Unless they’re sitting on 100k in a warehouse. This type of exaggeration seems to go against their motto.

Where does he say he's "proud not to wear a mask"? I'm wearily not suggesting he doesn't feel this way, but I didn't see it in the story.
