Living in Detroit, MI (a “battleground” state) in spitting distance from the state building where the election offices are it’s pretty scary right now.
You can hear the hundreds of people protesting and blocking the streets 4 blocks away.
You drive a hour any direction and it turns to Trump country pretty quick.
And people n both sides are being unnecessarily aggressive.
This won’t end well or in a timely fashion.
My 7 year old daughter is getting caught up in the dramatics of it too and that’s probably is what hurts the most.
We’ll survive no matter the outcome.

Seriously?

Like a 3rd world clown show.  Throw in all the various states different voting regulations, many dreamed up on the fly in just the last few months due to Covid issues, add in probably the most divisive President versus the most uninspiring opponent in the last near-hundred years in a country divided right down the middle seasoned with mainstream media happy to piss in and stir the pot all heated up in a social media stew.  The fact that it is so close and not a blowout one way or the other is just the icing on this shit sandwich. We probably won’t know the actual results until all the legal challenges go through the Supreme Court in a month or two.
