Hi, Anthony (and other Gatherers).

I am really not sure where the confusion arises. The original post put up last Friday by the band's management on the official KJ page says it is an official release. Don't think it could be much clearer than that.

It's the fans' history of the band, mostly based around gig reviews, but with latitude to cover Joke-related areas. This is not a smoke-and-mirrors project. I know only too well that there have been band projects in the past that didn't come to fruition, so can totally understand a little apprehension. If that stops people contributing, though, that will be a real shame.

If anyone needs any more information, please feel free to msg me at chris.bryans at hotmail.co.uk mailto:chris.bryans at hotmail.co.uk .

And seems like you have or write towards good intentions...then again...broken is the golden bowl the spirit flown forever.

Nothing wrong with a used car salesman. We need them...there's still life in those tires. However...Do we have an a lemon? or does this anecdote car really run?

> > I have one of the test pressings of the new vinyl. U.P.:? ?Super clean. Well done.? The bonus tracks are nice.? ?Now will I listen to it that often?? ?Likely not.? Glad I have it when I get nostalgic for early Joke and I put on several consecutive very old KJ recordings.? ?Frankly I love The Glove Juice box most of all.? Extremely innovative and timeless early tracks.? Much more interesting.? Ahead of time and space so to speak.? ?Would love a remastered release with some remixes thrown in to boot though it might very well make 2Lps as is... if done properly.? ?But does a master? or stereo master exist of those tracks...likely not?
