[kj] Butcher lyrics

Jaz spends a bit of time focussing on Butcher (and Pandys) in An Irrational
Domian.

Someone (Paul R?) typed it all up and had it online somewhere - either Paul
or Antoni's site.
I don't know if its still floating around out there.
