[kj] Pledge 2018 Shows on CD and LP OOP?

After finally receiving the two 2018 shows on CD(r) a couple weeks ago, I
decided to go back and order the vinyl version of the London show which last
I saw, still had plenty of copies left to fill the amount they were pressing
and releasing in April.  Very surprised to see the entire Pledge page for
these releases closed and not taking any more orders.
