I don't put much stock in anything Jaz says.  In this case, I think he's
using a bit of dry sarcasm and looking to rile up the audience.  The bit of
dead time with Geordie tuning his guitar and he and Jaz complaining
apparently about the open bathroom or exit door is pretty funny.
