[kj] Thoughts on "The Death & Resurrection Show"?

I was honestly a bit let down by it after all this time waiting to see it.
I thought the often drawn out bits constantly focusing on various mysticism
and conspiracy stuff centered mostly around Jaz dragged the doc down.  It's
interesting that Ben Calvert who was a solid drummer for the band during
their darkest days didn't get a mention at all.  The complete Big Paul
interview segment on the 2nd disc was a highlight for me.
