I had a similar correspondence a little over two weeks ago.  I asked them to go ahead and send me a PAL version as I can watch PAL or NTSC from any region on my Oppo Blu-ray/dvd player.  If fact, when I originally pre-ordered the DVD last Summer, I specifically noted in my order that I wanted a PAL version just to get the releases asap.  

So far though, nothing in the mailbox.

The glacier has budged!

I got an email from Steve at Coffee Films stating that the delay for the DARS DVD in the US is due to a PAL vs NTSC issue as some gatherers suspected.  He said he could send PAL immediately.  I said, yeah please but have not gotten my my grubby mits on the bloody DVD as of yet..  Anyone else had better luck in the States?
