The book looks interesting, but like all things KJ associated, it’s a long time coming……… if indeed it ever does

How has he been a total jack ass?

 

Speaking of things which are a long time coming, does anyone know the latest with regard to the Death & Resurrection Show dvd?

Tons of "upcoming" stuff, great online videos, lots of bragging about his history, but no actual DVs or CDs or books or releases to his name. I get his history, etc.

But he has personally been a total jack ass, and I don't deserve it. What is with this guy? Super fan on steroids? Anyone?
