I have been listening to the test pressings actually. 

The KJ official facebook showed the images that Mike has been doing for them reissues. 

They won't be released 16th December. I'm sure

Standard track listings due to numbers (financial and expected sales) but there are plans for expanded cds where I really hope there will be something extra on there for everyone

There really isn't anything much in the vaults though.
