At the risk of sounding unduly concerned, has anyone heard from Brendan from New Zealand? It's not that I'm keen to revive the vitriol match, but he seems to have gone quiet in the wake of that exchange -- and, more worryingly, the ensuing earthquake down there. 

Brendan? Are you still with us?
