[kj] Gathering Digest, Vol 150, Issue 60

I go up to London fairly regularly to see Japanese bands play. Because a certain percentage of the audience are teenagers, all of those gigs have had a ten o'clock curfew. On occasion the band end up cutting a few minutes of the set, but most of the time it's okay. The curfew doesn't bother me because it gives me time to get to Victoria Coach Station and catch the last coach back to Bristol at 23:59!

If the gig finishes at 23:00 it's pretty damn difficult to get across the city in time. Thankfully I've always been able to make the last coach, because the idea of sitting in Victoria Coach Station for seven hours overnight does not fill me with boundless joy...

Jim.

You have a point, and I
guess there is some positives...the older we get it's
kind of nice to be out of the venue on a Saturday night at
10pm, back home, take a shower and still have time to sit
down and watch the football highlights on match of the
day with a cup of hot chocolate.

        Fuck these early curfews.

May as well go and live in 80`s

No wonder kids these days are so
 domesticated.

First time I ever saw Jokle live I
think they came on about 11.30.

 Got another message from Brighton
saying the opening time had been brought forward-

Fuck it I`ll cancel me hotel.
