Im not certain about the running order of the Intro music-but Ive noticed before the Jocelyn Pook/Blade Runner -they`ve been using a bit of an ambient (kind of `Whoooooos` `on the moors` with no music) version of the Jams `Its Grim Up North` at a few shows. I`m sure I used to have it on CD but I dont think its survived the years of moving. Maybe a KLF head could point us in the right direction. if not just ask Youth I suppose. Youths probably got the master tapes gathering dust in his shed. I think I recall at the HMV thing they also used a bit of the `Waiting For The Rites Of Mu` which was a kind of unofficial KLF bootleg CD.
Feeling a big comedown now the tour is over. Now what I want is those fucking lyrics. Have to agree about the Roudhouse sound. The only great gig I have seen there was Grace Jones and that was so much of a spectacle that the sound didnt men shit. That womn knows how to `work a room.` Roof is too high in the Roundhouse-sound goes up.
Would love to see KJ play in a smaller London venue for a couple of nights instead of the bigger venues but I realise its more practical they play the igger places they can these days . A great little venue in London would be the Tufnell Park Dome- or if not that `Heaven.`
If I m lucky enough to live to see another Joke tour Im deffo going to try and see some other venues other than the `big London gig.`

So, the setlist:

The Wait
Autonomous Zone
The Fall of Because
Eighties
Beautiful Dead
I Am the Virus
Exorcism
Change
Money Is Not Our God
Requiem
Dawn of The Hive
Panopticon
Wardance
Into The Unknown
Asteroid
Pssyche

Encore:
Turn To Red
Madness
Love Like Blood
Pandemonium

I was seated upstairs - front seat, great view, but still slightly sad not to be getting sweaty and battered down the front.

The track I was most looking forward to, based on recent setlists, was Delete, so it was a bit galling that they dropped it... on the other hand, several less-recent numbers were absolute stormers, so overall no complaints! Particularly good ones for me were:

Fall of Because (the first KJ track that really grabbed me, all those years ago)
Eighties
Beautiful Dead
I am the Virus
Change
Pssyche

Contrary to expectations, I rather enjoyed Wardance and Pandemonium. The former certainly got a large section of the crowd going.

The sound was a bit disappointing. Too loud, I thought, and Geordie's guitar didn't really come through in all its glory. Especially disappointing for LLB, which lives and dies on the guitar.

Best thing was probably having such a great view of the whole band, all the way back to Big Paul. He was absolutely pounding those drums... fearsome energy all the way through.

Cheers,

Jamie

Anyone know what the 2nd intro being played on the tour was ?The 1st being Suicide's Ghostrider and the 3rd and 4th obviously Blade Runner and Eyes Wide Shut.

The Eyes Wide Shut music is by Jocelyn Pook and its called Masked Ball from
Flood which is quite a good album. Killing Joke used it way before the
film!!!!!

A few have said about Exorcism on this tour being fantastic, and it has been a
long time ago since I myself really got 'lost' in a KJ track but certainly did
at the B'ham gig, was really intense.

General consensus for this tour was bad sound, at first I thought it would be
down to the venues....but it seems criticism has been drawn from just about
everywhere....something must be amiss with their crew.
