Last time they were on the BBC was probably around Pandemonium when they were on the Mark and Lard show for a live session....and there was a power cut or something and the band had to be placated quickly with a bottle of whisky.

Maybe Glastonbury and Jools are scared of them. Perhaps Jaz did something nasty when last on the Tube in 85ish. 
Perhaps Glastonbury and BBC TV Centre are not big enough for Jaz's ego....?
But seriously, why never on Jools Holland? The question needs raising in Parliament.
