[kj] Concert Live KJ cds

Unfortunately they seem to have messed up with the website, they have
the same image for both nights at the London Forum, and it adds to
your basket with the same details - therefore unsure whether or not
you would get just two copies of the first night.  The second night
has a different image when you go to the downloads instead of physical
release page.
