[kj] KJ on 'Goth at BBC' tonight

Several things strike me.

1. Siouxsie just looks bloody silly. It's a great track and I know she's a punk / goth goddess blah blah blah, but... sorry.
2. Miming. It's shit.
3. The Sisters were taking themselves way too seriously.
4. Depeche Mode. Really????
5. PJ Harvey... reminds me of a Beavis and Butthead episode where they talk about what a weird chick she is. Probably correctly.

Anyway, that was fun. Thanks, Nick, for posting.

Jamie

Exactly what I just texted one of my friends, terrible mistake, no respect for our beloved late Raven.

Oh dear, spot the bassist mistake! Someone at the BBC didn't do their "research" very well.

Wasn't Riverside on BBC 2? Did LLB have a TOTP performance or just the video?

Those "...at the BBC" programmes tend to be just archive clips with text commentary - no doubt something about Jaz going AWOL in Iceland

Thanks for the heads up, undoubtedly...unless they surprise us with an
earlier TOTP performance of Empire Song which would be doubtful.
