[kj] Help in ear headphones-HELP HELP HELP

I have a pair of Soundmagic E10's and they are top notch. They were a What Hi Fi 'best buy' under £40.
Never sure where to go for advice so turned to the 'mag' and haven't regreted it. I like the in ear type, however,
I would say for training/running the buds are a pain to keep in regardless of what size plastic 
ear adapter you use (they come with a load). The sound quality is fantastic though.
