[kj] Democracy

Remember it being released on April Fools Day here in the UK and
wondering if it actually was.  After the Democracy single and the
"Mass" B-Side I was expecting far more promise than the album
delivered.

There again the muddiness of the mixing was evident even beforehand
with "Hollywood Babylon" and continued after Democracy era with "Drug"
