Someone here will know this: 

there is a contemporary female European artist who sounds like Kate Bush and
her name is something like "Kate Von Wolfenstein" but not exactly. She plays
piano as well and has a video that is mostly instrumental but does have some
shots of blood running down her face.

I've Googled this all over the place and I can't find it. Help, please. I
know as soon as I send this I'll find it, but it's been slow recently.
