I've spoken to the Wife, and so you can all come round to ours for a fiver
for a sumptuous chip meal whilst I go on about myself, and play my
keyboards. You may even get some old cardboards rolls from our loo - hand
autographed by myself mind you?

Make a fortune?

I'd recommend against it Mike.

People who say shit like "another round of libations gentlemen?" tend to
also say shit like "killing joke is the sound of the earth vomiting" and
overuse Monty Python quotes and use "Lexi" as the plural of Lexus and all
that wac shit.

Resist that wac shit man.

Keep it REAL.

Back in their prime it was Daniel Ash as he was writing more quality songs.
Now there both pretty lame and not surprisingly doing Bauhaus tunes when
they were so against it when the bank account was larger.

I got burned out on both by the early 90s and didn't even bother with the
Bauhaus cash in. Still listen to them and L&R

Murphy is doing a short theater tour in the US in early May on the East
Coast and in late July here on the West Coast with his anonymous solo band
playing a set strictly composed of Bauhaus tunes, no solo stuff. Meanwhile,
Daniel Ash crawls out from under a rock to do the latest rockstar gimmick,
an intimate weekend of dinner, drinking, Q&A and music in a Las Vegas
mansion for $2k a person:

TRUTH BE TOLD
WITH DANIEL ASH
Thur May 2 - Sat May 4, 2013

Be one of a select few to experience Daniel Ash in a whole new way. Hang,
dine, and drink with Daniel at a private Vegas mansion. Join us for this
once-in-a-lifetime event to hear Daniel tell real stories from his years in
music... such as his life with Bauhaus, Tones on Tail, Love and Rockets, and
now a blossoming solo career; see a private music show from Daniel and
engage in a Q&A session with him; even receive very special gifts; all in an
up-close and personal, luxurious, and fun weekend event. Bid now, tickets
are limited!!
Portion of sales will go to children's music hall

When Daniel was growing up, it was always a challenge for him and his fellow
music-lovers to find space where practice noise wouldn't bother parents and
where jamming was welcome. Because of this, Daniel has had a lifelong dream
of being able to create a music rehearsal space for kids. He's generously
decided to donate a large portion of the proceeds from event ticket sales
towards building a space for children, in and around his hometown of ---, so
that kids' love of music won't be stifled.
A little taste of what's included:

Drink and dance the night away at our welcome party.
All attendants will receive one-of-a-kind, limited edition gifts from
Daniel.
Daniel will provide an intimate performance, performing songs from
Bauhaus, Love and Rockets, Tones on Tail, and more - In the privacy of an
exclusive Vegas mansion.
You'll attend a private "welcome" cocktail party, hosted by Daniel Ash
with open bar, music, and libations.
You'll dine with Daniel at a gourmet dinner, prepared by world-class
chef Scott Hoffner, in the privacy of the mansion.
Engage in a private Q&A session with Daniel
Plus many more surprises during this once-in-a-lifetime experience with
one of music's most mysterious men.

T.B.
