Indeed he did.  Quite a thing to read about in detail too!  Some male model George pulled who apparently made off with pixx from his laptop, or pinched something from his Hoxton flat?  (Plenty of flab to pinch on old Georgie these days).

 

So George and a pal lured the man back another evening, and ended up chaining him to a wall and having BDSM fun with him.  The mind boggles.  You pay good money for that sort of thing in this city you know?

 

As a punishment they locked George O'Dowd in prison cells with nothing but sexually frustrated, rough-ish men for less than the year he was meant to get.  Oh, what punishment...  Is he a Killing Joke fan?  Hmm.  I'd say so because he was that period and he rock n rolls.  Ask that poor man?  Besides...how many of us have not wanted to chain someone up and give them a good hiding?  DOCTOR!  DOCTOR?, OVER HERE.....

Boy George did actually chain someone ( who pissed him off) to his wall at home and whipped him , no empty threats about plyers and teeth from Georgie boy

I remember Jaz and Geordie in 80s interviews were not too fond of the likes of Boy George, Culture Club, Marilyn and Wham! etc. They still hate U2. Wonder if Youth would ever collaborate with Bono & Co?
