[kj] Killing Joke USA tour with Violent Femmes

Additional trivia: KJ and the Femmes split a flexi in the Sept/Oct 1991 edition of Reflex magazine. The Femmes tune was a live track from 1981 and KJ offered the "MINOG Hideous Remix."
