Yes, amazing, possibly the one band wanted to hear around 1983-4 but never did mainly as my source for collections had worn the master out that could have been recorded for me.  They had split up obviously by then so not live either.  Will b getting Madmen soon, I am hoping will b at least as good as In Toytown which heard last month.  Just hop ethy both keep going so can see live now at some time, especailly as KJ interests me very little at present. Commnets on Extremites tour: for me was other way around, Astoria gig seemed quiet at first & was only one jumping in my area for while whereas the June gig seemed lot wilder & also thought there were more hardcore followers there.  O well...

Post-punk band and John Peel favourites, UK Decay supported Killing Joke at gigs in 1980/81/82.
UK Decay are to play at Electrowerkz in Islington, north London on Saturday 16th February 2013, their first concert in the capital for over 30 years.
Their CD 'For Madmen Only' is pretty good!

I'll be there - I'm also going to Brighton tonight to see them at the Concorde 2 with The Cravats - a few of the folks here will be at the gig tonight,

A new UK Decay album "New Hope For The Dead" is also due in March 2013.

I wish I could have gone to Brighton tonight, but I'm definetly going to London. I've just got my ticket and am meeting my mate there who is also a big KJ fan, who saw KJ and UK Decay play together in the 80s.
London should be a good show - ALL NIGHT PARTY and punk/industrial/goth 'disco' afterwards!! (Free for everyone who attends the UK Decay gig).

Any difference between Killing Joke's live performances at beginning of a tour compared to the final shows? ?Here in Los Angeles we get the tail end of the tours and I was wondering whether we get a noticeably different live performance quality.

Also, any word yet on the upcoming tour's setlist? I know it'll have singles, but was wondering which ones?
