[kj] Dub album

Does anyone know when, and if, the KJ in Dub extravaganza is coming out?
The news reports from a month ago all said  (presumably parroting a press
release)
that it would be available for preorder "next week"... but next week came
and went, as have a
few other "next weeks".

As the usual KJ info vacuum appears to have taken hold, anyone got any
idea?
