[kj] Ticketmaster UK refund info: Cult shows

I can verify the info is correct. I had a telephone message from Ticketmaster confirming KJ were not playing at The Cult + The Mission shows in September 2012, and stating that refunds were available by returning tickets to Ticketmaster.
