The style of writing does not seem like Jaz. Definitely not Youth. Maybe it's BP or Geordie (doubt it) but more likely a webmaster type of person. Who may be related (ie sisters cousin from the 1st marriage grandson) and likely not paid (or very little). Now Jaz could have said to make a statement. But I sense the dark side of webmaster frustration here. 
The first rule of web fighting?  Don't respond. By bitching (at length) about "griping" on fb you are only egging them on. If you must, make it short and vague. 
As far as the cider the description was brief and stupid. So ridicule was eminent.  At very least put a link to the company.  It looks like a wind up. 
And finally if you have tickets get your money back. I highly doubt KJ has your $£€ at this point. So really all your doing is giving the ticket agency interest in their bank accounts.
